Adv. Amir Ben-Zeev is the leading figure of the real estate taxation practice in the firm, with over three decades of experience and knowledge in this field.

Adv. Ben-Ze'ev specializes in planning the tax components of various transactions, particularly real estate transactions. He also represents taxpayers vis-à-vis the Tax Authority, with the aim of exhausting their various rights in accordance with legal obligations.

After 26 years working for the tax authorities, Adv. Ben-Zeev has accumulated extensive experience. This includes managing cases regarding various assets, a wide range of transactions and projects, both in real estate, (including the urban renewal field) and in commercial law.

Mr. Ben-Zeev has a unique specialization in the agricultural sector. He provides legal advice and assistance in various matters, including; tax planning in farms, auxiliary households, extensions and housing allocation procedures in kibbutzim.

Adv. Ben-Zeev is a certified assessor, which enables him to provide his clients with significant added value in all matters relating to real estate transactions.

In order to form and execute transactions, Adv. Ben-Zeev appears before the authorities, local committees, appeal committees, courts and more.

Adv. Ben-Zeev's clientele includes private clients, private companies, as well as leading legal advisors and high ranking attorneys in Israel.
